I have been a blogger for over 12 years. That means I have scheduled thousands of social media posts and use many different platforms to schedule these posts. 

But as my knowledge expanded, my services expanded. In 2016 we started Click It Media to meet the needs of my blogging clients to help them with social media management, ads, website management, and more. If it could help them reach more people online – we helped them do it! 

Over the past few months we have picked up a few more clients and it has become apparent that we need a better way to schedule these social media posts. 

Dennis has been creating the graphics and I have been scheduling them to our client’s social media pages. But there wasn’t an easy platform to do it all! 

I could use Canva or Creators Studio to schedule Facebook and some Instagram. But that still meant I had to upload an image and schedule the Facebook share and then go back and upload the Instagram image and write the copy and schedule that. 

Then I would go to Hootsuite to schedule Twitter and Linkedin. I would have to upload the images again, add the copy and schedule it! 

I needed something that just let me upload an image once, click all the social channels and schedule. 

I think I finally found what I need to make social media management easier, faster, and more efficient! 

Someone had recommended that I try out CoSchedule. It’s never fun to learn something new, but from what I have seen so far – CoSchedule is going to save me a lot more time and help me to a better job scheduling social media posts! 

Right now my favorite feature is that I can click all the social accounts for my client. Upload the images and add the copy. And then it has the option to schedule the post at the best time based on the social media pages audience! 

I just love that I can skip the worry about looking up when our followers are online because CoSchedule already has that data in it’s system. 

And then I can make changes to each individual post! For example, I don’t want a huge list of hashtags on the Facebook post but I would like to add them to Instagram. So I can open the Instagram share and paste the hashtags I want to use. 

I can even change out the images for just 1 of the social shares after it’s on the calendar. 

Plus it’s super easy to just drag any social post to a new day if I need to! 

There are so many other features I can’t wait to use like connecting it to my WordPress dashboard. 

CoSchedule has a Chrome extension so I can schedule posts when I am scrolling online. 

And I really need to set up the Google Analytics integration to track which posts do the best for me and my clients on social media.

Social Automation – ReQueue feature. This is amazing!! 

I can add posts that I want to recycle on my social media pages. I love that I am able to set up different folders for this and set up an end time to stop recycling if necessary!
